About this course
This course explains how businesses and regulated investment vehicles can raise capital through Shariah-compliant instruments in Pakistan. It compares equity, Sukuk, pooled investment vehicles and selected hybrid structures; introduces the Shariah, legal and commercial questions behind each route; and follows the issuer journey from funding need and structuring to offering, use of proceeds and continuing compliance.
