About this course
This course explains Sukuk from a Pakistani investor's perspective: what a Sukuk certificate may represent, how permissible returns arise, how major structures differ, when secondary trading may be restricted, and what to examine before investing. It covers sovereign and corporate Sukuk, primary and secondary market access, Shariah governance, the investment lifecycle, redemption and the principal financial, legal, structural and Shariah-compliance risks. It does not recommend any issuer or instrument.
