About this course
This course gives learners a practical map of Pakistan's capital market. It explains how businesses and governments raise long-term finance, how investors buy and sell securities, how market institutions process transactions, and how regulation protects market integrity. The course introduces the SECP, PSX, CDC, NCCPL and PMEX without turning a foundation course into a legal or technical certification.
